Four Point Inspection

Four Point Inspections are designed to look specifically at four major systems of a home: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Roof. These inspections are performed for the purpose of obtaining insurance on the home, and are typically required by insurance companies when purchasing an older home.
